The Recharge Ritual is a luxurious treatment designed to ease tension, soothe the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded, radiant, and rebalanced. Your experience begins with a slow, nurturing aromatherapy neck, shoulder and scalp massage, releasing built-up tension and inviting the body to soften. A warm towel cleanse and gentle exfoliation follows, preparing the skin for a nourishing face mask. As the mask works its magic, you'll enjoy an arm and hand massage to help release tension and deepen relaxation. Next, facial reflexology and a soothing facial massage melt away stress, restore energetic balance, and encourage a natural, healthy glow. To complete your ritual, foot reflexology grounds the body, revitalises and brings a sense of whole-body harmony. You’ll leave feeling calm, centred, and ready to move into the season with renewed energy. Each treatment is tailored to meet you needs and ensure that you are left relaxed, reset and restored. This treatment is not suitable in pregnancy. Please note: If you have had botox or facial/ lip fillers or recent dental surgery you must let me know prior to treatment. It is important that you wait at least 4 weeks following botox or fillers before having facial reflexology. If you have had facelift surgery you must wait at least 4 months before having facial reflexology. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment.
