If you're busy, feeling stressed or overwhelmed and in need of a pause and reset, then this is what you're looking for. Take a moment and catch your breath with this Peaceful Pause. Let me guide you through some gentle breathwork to help calm your body and mind, followed by some deeply relaxing and grounding reflexology. This deeply relaxing treatment will give you a peaceful moment to pause, calm and soothe, and is the perfect body and mind reset. **New clients: for your first session we will have a chat and complete a general health consultation form before you have your treatment, this will take 10-15mins at the start of your appointment. Disclaimer: Reflexology does not claim to diagnose or cure. Reflexology can be used as a supportive therapy in conjunction with conventional medicine. For some medical conditions it may be recommended that you speak to your GP before having reflexology.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 50% cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes life can happen and that this is not possible, but please try and give as much notice as possible on these occasions. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to fit your treatment in. Booking policies may change based on the selected services.
